Pretending In A Job Interview Is Dangerous

Getting a job is like scoring a goal. ⚽ If you prepare hard enough, you score.

In a game that you even don’t like.

What if you would first make sure that it’s a game worth playing?

If you are serious about getting the job, you come to an interview well-prepared.

You have studied the job advertisement and prepared your answers to possible interview questions like your Oscar’s ceremony speech.

During the interview, you see the hiring manager mark “check” next to the all must-have criteria and feel proud of yourself.

You get the job and realize..

..it fits someone else.

The someone, that you pretended to be.

To get a job that fits you, you still need to prepare.

But this time, be yourself.

Ask yourself these 3 questions before the job interview:

1 - What are my strengths and how do I use them at my job?

2 - Which of the job requirements excites me?

3 - Which of the responsibilities matches what I love to do?

Don’t settle for a job that fits someone else.

Aim for the right place for you!
